I want to share some of the lessons I learned from the Ironman journey in the hopes that it will help others grow stronger and accomplish their goals. This book is my small investment in that regard. This book is intended for children ages ten and up, as well as their parents. I really believe that everyone is an Ironman; we just need to start right now.
