Constitutionalism in India: Crises, Challenges and Comparative Experiences

Dr. Richa Chaudhary is a Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Law at SGT University, Haryana. She holds degrees in BA LL.B., LL.M., Ph.D., MBA (HR), and a Postgraduate qualification in Human Rights. With over 15 years of experience in academia and industry, she has published extensively in Scopus and UGC CARE–listed journals and has chaired numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Dr. Saima Hassan is a legal academic, researcher, and practitioner with over twelve years of experience spanning academia, regulatory research, and legal practice. She holds a Ph.D. in Law, along with LL.M. and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degrees, and has qualified the UGC-NET, SET, and the All-India Bar Examination. She currently serves as Visiting Faculty in Commercial Law at the University of Southampton, Delhi Campus.

Dr. Muzammil Ahad Dar is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science, Coimbatore. He holds a Ph.D. from Pondicherry University and specializes in International Relations, security studies, and South Asian politics. An ICSSR Doctoral Fellow, he is the author of Spontaneity Framework in International Relations: Dynamic Adaptive Realism and Pakistan–Afghanistan Relations: Pashtunistan Factor.

Dr. Syed Shahnawaz Qadri is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law at SGT University, where he teaches Political Science and International Relations. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kashmir and an M.Phil. from Pondicherry Central University, and specializes in U.S. policy and Central and South Asian relations. Dr. Qadri has published book chapters with Springer Nature and several articles in UGC CARE–listed journals.
