Dr Vikram Bedi is a paediatrician and neonatologist with over 13 years of experience and serves as Head of the Level IIIA NICU at Bedi Hospital, Chandigarh. He holds a Fellowship in Neonatology and specializes in caring for extremely low birth-weight and critically ill newborns. He is a national trainer for Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and is also a national accreditator for National Neonatology Forum (NNF), India. He is also an accomplished author and academician.

Dr Ravi Sahota

Dr Ravi Sahota is a Pediatrician, Neonatologist, and Director of Sahota Superspeciality Hospital, Kashipur, Uttarakhand, with over 16 years of experience. He currently serves as President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP), Uttarakhand (2026–27), and is an Executive Board Member of NNF Uttarakhand. He completed his Fellowship in Neonatology with a Gold Medal and has undertaken advanced training in the Boston, Sydney, London, and Cape Town. He has authored 25 national and international publications and has been invited as a speaker at more than 10 national and international conferences.

Dr Akshdeep Kaur

Dr Akshdeep Kaur is a paediatrician and neonatologist with 6 years of experience in neonatal intensive care. She completed her MBBS, MD in Paediatrics, and Fellowship in Neonatology under the National Neonatology Forum. She serves as a Senior Resident in Paediatrics and conducts Neonatal Resuscitation Program training. She has authored five peer-reviewed publications and is a member of the National Neonatology Forum.
