The book Study and Analysis of Dalit Literature: A Historian's Perspective is the outcome of a project approved by the Indian Council of Historical Research, New Delhi. It aims to explore Dalit-authored literature, highlighting their struggles and the societal events impacting them. The study analyzes both Dalit perspectives and non-Dalit attitudes toward these experiences. Employing historical research methods, the work provides a deeper understanding of Dalit discourse. The findings are intended to assist policymakers in improving Dalit conditions and help liberal-minded non-Dalits better comprehend the realities and narratives of Dalit life.
