It gives me immense pleasure in presenting first edition of the book “Guidelines to obtain Patent in India’’ for Professors, teachers, research scholars and everyone who is involved in exploring innovative ideas by their intellect. This book provides guidelines relating to the procedure of filing patent application in India. It is expected that this book will be of significant help to people involved in innovation and inventive activities towards protecting their intellectual property rights arising as an outcome of their efforts.
